Door Supervisor Services All of our Door Supervisors are trained to the Level II in Door Supervison for front line operatives as approved by the SIA, it is illegal to now supply door staff, how have not obtained this qualification. Out staff are trained by SITO (Skills for Security) approved trainers for delivery of this qualification. They all have extremely good communication skills and excel in conflict management, they are firm but fair, displaying a positive, assertive attitude as and when required. They understand the importance of dealing with everyone in a fair, non-discriminatory manner (see our Anti-Discriminatory Practices) At your venue they will control the access to your property of undesirable patrons, and the behaviour of patrons inside. At your discretion they will conduct searches on all patrons or randomly selected patrons in the interest of discouraging drug misuse or other illegal items being brought onto your premises. They will treat your patrons with decorum, and will not embarrass them if personal items are found during searches
